Z-X-Y-D lift table
Complex assemblies and demanding solder joints require a high degree of flexibility, which is provided by the Z-X-Y-D lift table.
Roller conveyor
The roller conveyor system used in the EUTECT solutions allows companies to design their selective soldering processes efficiently and with optimized cycle times.
Induction pump
The induction pump manufactured by EUTECT itself, which uses an electromagnetic drive to turn the solder into a mini wave, is installed transversely and is therefore particularly low-maintenance.
Workpiece carrier and mask technology
Due to increased cycle time requirements, technical workpiece carrier solutions are needed that enable assemblies to be handled quickly and reliably. At the same time, the strong miniaturisation of assemblies combined with high packing density means that individual masks are required within the soldering process.
Rotary indexing table

Sustained Ring Soldering (SRS)

Brushes
