User-friendly software solutions
In addition to the continuous development of our machines, we are constantly working on user-friendly and intuitive software solutions. These include the operating and automation software for the machines as well as a wide range of software modules that simplify the operation of the machines and the parameterisation of the soldering modules. We constantly monitor the market and liaise with our customers to generate ideas for new software solutions. We implement these in our in-house development department.
Our software modules are part of the EUTECT modular system and can be selected by you depending on the application and requirements. All software modules are customised to our hardware components and can be tested in-house.
You can get an idea of our software solutions in the EUTECT technical centre. In customised evaluations, we present the operating software and the modules suitable for your process. These modules enable you to work even faster and more economically with our machines.
Software family
Parameter recovery
PeteR saves all the machine's process parameters and jobs at the touch of a button. If something has been changed or a product has been removed from the EMI, Parameter-PeteR can restore everything on request.
Machine Event Log List
MELLi records errors that were recorded during machine operation and displays them in a window. Past events are displayed in an additional text box and can be viewed at any time.
User Login
ULi makes user login and administration easy. Different user levels allow you to assign different rights for operating the software, from operator to setter to administrator. Furthermore, the user login can be provided with an automatically adjustable logoff function.
EUTECT Recording Inspection Camera
ERICa shows you live images so that you can monitor and teach the process from different perspectives. Furthermore, an NOK process can be saved automatically. Manual process recordings are also possible. ERICa can display various crosshairs for the laser optics to make operation easier (only in conjunction with hardware subject to a charge).
EUTECT Machine Interface
EMI is responsible for the movement in the soldering system and includes the following functions for the NCI (axes) and robot modules.
Product management DAT-Editor
- Products can be created, edited, copied and deleted
- Assignment of products to WT codes (5-bit coding or via EMA)
- Management of jobs and solder height control
- Display of the sequence programmes (DAT, RC & NC)
DAT Editor
- Manual jobs can be created by hand in the DAT editor
JobCreator
- Jobs can be edited graphically (touch & move), i.e. adding new points/lines and editing points/lines
- Setting of various parameters: X, Y, Z positions + two additional axes, rotary (D) and infeed axis (E), infeed and outfeed speed, traversing speed, dwell time (process time or process parameters), index (sequence), MFN (multiple use: a job can be executed repeatedly shifted in X, Y and Z)
- Teach mode: selected coordinates (X, Y, Z, D, E) can be approached in order to correct and adopt current axis positions or to add new elements to the job from the current position
LaserRegulation and control
LaRS sets new standards in precise and user-friendly parameter setting for laser soldering processes. The graphical user interface enables intuitive input and adjustment of all relevant process parameters, including the wire feed parameters of the EUTECT SWF. Thanks to the visual presentation, even complex settings can be controlled easily and comprehensibly.

EMA knows the machine in every detail and can provide timely information about necessary maintenance instructions if required. It is also possible to implement complex customer-specific MES connections via a standardised interface.
Machine Remote Control
EUTECT Verify & AOI
No component gets past EVA unseen. The automatic, optical inspection checks all components for any defects. Any anomalies can be scrutinised again at the Verfiy station to verify the assessment of the previous inspection.
EUTECT Language Manager
ELMar reads all texts from the PLC and creates an Excel spreadsheet that can be used for the translation. This means that the software can be quickly and easily prepared for other languages.
