As a specialist in selective soldering automation, we have all selective soldering processes for the production of electronic assemblies in-house and make them available to our customers in the field of contract soldering. This enables us to manufacture up to 60,000 assemblies per year on behalf of our customers.
In our technical center, where we also carry out process evaluations to find solutions, we are able to implement selective soldering tasks on behalf of our customers. Electronics manufacturers are already using selective soldering processes and our associated expert knowledge to solder assemblies in small series, prototype construction or batch size 1. Without exception, we use controlled soldering processes with real process data that can be provided for traceability, for example for automotive products.
All soldering takes place under original process conditions. This means that we have specific soldering nozzles, thermodes, induction outer circuits, etc. manufactured in order to produce each assembly efficiently and with the most suitable solution according to customer specifications. This solution is also available to our customers following the respective production order for integration into a production line or customised soldering automation. This means that companies using this service can rely on the process development and over 40 years of experience of EUTECT process specialists in soldering technology.
We also advise customers on the design of solder joints in order to further optimize the connection between the component and substrate. Such customer orders also provide us with information that can be used for further product and process optimization. We are happy to make this data available to our customers beyond contract manufacturing.
