Service & maintenance packages
All process solutions from our company are developed for the individual needs of our customers. They are designed for the specific processes, products and working environments and are often only realised once in a configuration.
For this reason, we tailor our service and maintenance packages just as individually as our machines. Service and maintenance must not only contribute to the functionality and value retention of the machine, but must also be tailored to the customer's processes, products and working environments.
We will be happy to provide you with a quote for service and maintenance for your EUTECT modules. Please get in touch with us. We look forward to advising you and working out a customised package for you.

Spare parts
Our company offers you a comprehensive supply of spare parts to ensure the availability and longevity of your soldering systems and modules.
We understand how important it is for your production processes to run smoothly. That's why we work with you to develop a spare parts recommendation that is precisely tailored to your machine and optimally supports your spare parts procurement. In addition, we manage our spare parts business proactively and regularly offer our customers customised spare parts packages at special conditions.

Retrofit solutions
To increase machine availability for existing machines on the market, we offer our customers a comprehensive retrofit programme, which increases availability by up to 10 % and makes it possible to achieve operational readiness after service and maintenance work twice as quickly.
Our retrofit offer includes an update of our SoFa software family, our control software for the IW1 mini-shaft modules and the installation of SaM, our service and maintenance timer. A complete data backup is carried out when installing the updates. EUTECT uses this data backup to set up a test system in which all updates and customisations are carried out. Only after extensive testing are the new versions transferred to the customer's system.
The software update includes the tech mode to automatically move to and change process positions in a graphical user interface. This allows new products to be created more quickly, which helps to speed up the entire production process. The control update of the IW1 mini shaft module centres on the pump software. This has been revised and provided with a clear input interface and new parameters for fast nozzle readiness.
Training and education
Employees come and go, machines and production processes are moved to other locations, or you want to refresh your internal knowledge, whatever the reason, we train you and your employees worldwide in the efficient use and maintenance of your EUTECT system and modules.
We are happy to pass on our process knowledge and experience or organise individual workshops for you on all aspects of soldering in electronics production. We offer training courses and workshops on the following topics, for example:
- Alloys and surfaces
- Product design for optimum solderability
Personalised advice
Process training, process consulting and automation consulting
We offer our customers customised process training courses that cover both general soldering topics and are tailored directly to your individual requirements. The training courses can be held at the EUTECT technical centre or at your premises and usually last one day.
In addition to training courses, we also offer process consulting to make your existing soldering process even more efficient. The soldering process is analysed in detail based on your objectives. Based on the analysis, measures to achieve the objectives are developed and presented. Process consulting is not limited to EUTECT systems; we are also happy to support enquiries about soldering processes in which third-party systems are used.
As soldering processes are often embedded in a process chain or line production, we also provide automation advice. The aim here is to efficiently integrate the soldering process into the manufacturing process in conjunction with all other relevant production processes in terms of automation technology. The many years of experience of our special machine construction and electronics manufacturing experts help us to suggest and implement the right steps.
Digital manuals
Machine documents available at any time
Every module and every machine leaves our premises with its own QR code. This is attached in at least two easily accessible places. Behind this code is the operating manual for the machine. Although this is sent with the machine, it is often quickly lost in day-to-day business.
As the operating instructions are also highly individualised due to the high degree of customisation of our machines, each system has its own documents. By scanning the QR code, operators, service staff and supervisors can access the relevant, up-to-date version of the operating instructions at any time.
The QR code is a chargeable option.
Production support
Pilot series production, C-sample production and small series production
In addition to evaluating your soldering process, we also offer our customers the production of pre-series or small series products in the EUTECT technical centre.
It is often decided after the initial installation whether changes need to be made to the product and therefore also to the soldering process. These changes then naturally have an influence on the final soldering process. In other cases, the production volumes are too small for an EUTECT system, but the product is too complex to be soldered in a standard system. Even then, our customers can use our EUTECT technical centre. The same applies to the processing of production peaks.
