At EFX 2026, EUTECT will be presenting selective soldering technology designed to meet the most demanding requirements in electronics manufacturing

At EFX 2026, EUTECT will be presenting innovative solutions for automated selective soldering. The focus will be on mini-wave soldering, laser soldering, thermode soldering, induction soldering and piston soldering, as well as intelligent software solutions for reproducible and cost-effective manufacturing processes.

Miniaturisation and increasing package densities, coupled with ever more complex assembly designs and rising quality requirements, call for selective soldering processes that combine precision, reproducibility, process reliability and cost-effectiveness. EUTECT will be demonstrating how these challenges can be successfully overcome at the Expo for Electronics Manufacturing (EFX) from 6 to 8 October 2026 in Stuttgart.

„As specialists in automated selective soldering technology, we will be showcasing innovative solutions at the trade fair for a wide range of soldering tasks in electronics manufacturing. Visitors will gain an insight into selective soldering, which enables even the most demanding applications to be carried out in a reproducible and cost-effective manner.“

The focus of the exhibition will be on solutions for miniwave soldering, laser soldering, induction soldering, thermode soldering, piston soldering, as well as enamelled copper wire soldering. These are complemented by intelligent software, control systems and automation concepts, individually developed workpiece carriers and titanium solder masks, as well as solutions for process monitoring and traceability.

Particular emphasis is placed on the continuous optimisation of soldering processes. Modern control and monitoring systems enable reproducible process control, reduce operator influence and lay the foundations for comprehensive quality documentation. This transparency is becoming increasingly important, particularly in sectors such as the automotive industry, medical technology, power electronics, aerospace and industrial electronics.

„EFX provides an ideal platform for engaging with developers, production managers and process engineers on the latest challenges in electronics manufacturing. Our aim is to work with our customers to develop the best solution – both technically and economically – for their soldering requirements. EFX provides the ideal setting for these initial discussions.“

Interested visitors can visit booth 9A62 to find out how cycle times can be reduced, process windows expanded, and at the same time the highest quality standards in component soldering can be achieved. The EUTECT team will be available throughout the exhibition for individual technical discussions and to discuss specific manufacturing challenges.
