Controlled process monitoring for selective soldering processes

EUTECT offers various monitoring modules and software for the purpose of traceability, quality assurance and traceability.

Benefit

For quality assurance measures, traceability and documentation, various systems and software can be used to access and document the data from the EUTECT control technology before, during and after the soldering process.

JENvelt

The JENvelt® is a plug-and-play solution that combines a 2D galvo scanner, F-Theta lens and camera with integrated image processing and intelligent software to further optimise the laser soldering process.

Temperature detection

For laser soldering, EUTECT uses laser optics with an integrated pyrometer, which measures the process temperature in the solder joint at 10,000/sec. and uses this to automatically regulate the laser power in order to achieve and maintain the specified process temperature. This control is visualised and saved.

AOI

Automatic Optical Inspection (AOI) can be mechanically integrated as a downstream process for solder joint inspection. Solutions from well-known suppliers can be combined with our systems.

Production data acquisition

EUTECT can realise a wide range of interfaces for an MES and PDA. Together with the customer, we define which operating data is passed on, when and where. All relevant process data is recorded and stored.

Flux jet detection and monitoring

The flux is applied to the process point by a laser light cross. This monitors whether flux has been applied, how much flux has been applied and whether the position was correct. This data is visualised, stored and made available.
