Solution competence

Which selective soldering process is the right one for my end product?

This depends on many different parameters:

Processed components (SMD/THT?), number of assemblies and solder joints, cycle times, PCB design and number of profile changes and, finally, the budget. These parameters are checked in an evaluation that takes place in the EUTECT technical centre. All wave and nozzle soldering processes as well as the LaserThermodeInductionPiston soldering and Laser Knifeprocesses are applied. Tailored to the customer's specifications and economic requirements, we develop solutions that are completed in further steps with all the necessary pre- and post-processing processes. Starting with the machine cell, kinematics, fluxing through to quality control, this results in highly efficient systems. The modules that are optimised for the task in terms of process technology and cost-effectiveness are selected and combined to create proven stand-alone, rotary transfer or inline production concepts.
