Try to align your energy source, whether soldering iron, induction external circuit or laser focus, so that the energy acts on the one hand into the connection partner with the highest heat sink and on the other hand into the solder wire. This allows you to achieve faster melting of the solder wire and thus a thermal bridge between the partners to be joined and therefore better solder joint formation.
Also note the adjustable feed, process and retraction speeds of the solder wire; these three variable parameters offer relevant optimisation options.
If this does not help or you want to further optimise your cycle time and intermetallic phase, try pre-tinning the partners to be joined and then feeding them into the soldering process with filler wire, paste or preform.
