In turn, the range of the axes is precisely customised to the requirements of the respective soldering process. The Z-axis, which moves vertically, can be equipped with various modules. Wire feeds, laser heads or soldering irons allow different soldering methods such as laser, induction or piston soldering to be carried out. Thermode or laser knife modules can also be fitted. In addition, the system enables the precise transport of individual assemblies or a complete workpiece carrier to the corresponding process stations.
Thanks to the modular machine concept of the EUTECT, it is possible to operate different production environments with the X-Y-Z system.
