Performance

The roller conveyors are used when production is to be designed to optimise cycle times. For example, one worker can load the jig, the second worker can insert the jig, operate the machine and remove the jig again. This division of labour means that more products can be manufactured per unit of time. Technical support systems can also be combined with the roller conveyor.

Modularity

Both X-Y-Z axis handling systems and robots can remove the workpiece carrier or assembly in order to transport it to the respective process modules. The roller conveyor systems are designed for the respective widths and weights of the workpiece carriers.
