Product of the month June: Clean and reliable paint stripping and tinning of enamelled copper wires

Enamelled copper wire technology is crucial for future mobility requirements, particularly in the drive electronics of modern vehicles with regenerative energy generation systems. Numerous electronic components are required for e-mobility concepts and enamelled copper wire is used in their manufacture. Enamelled wire manufacturers are constantly developing new products with improved insulation materials to increase the insulation class and thermal resistance. For stripping, we offer innovative soldering processes that can process coated wires reliably without additional insulation removal. For this purpose, we have developed soldering systems that reach temperatures of up to 475 °C. These systems work with the flowing solder wave.
