Precise wire feeders for selective soldering tasks

EUTECT offers wire feeders for different wire thicknesses for feeding wires into different applications.

Benefit

Wire feeders are necessary for reliable solder bath level control of mini wave soldering systems, but also for feeding wires in other manufacturing processes. For this purpose, the feed must be available for different wire thicknesses.

Performance

In addition to the regulated wire feeder SWF, EUTECT also offers unregulated wire feeders for different wire thicknesses. These are used, among other things, for automatic solder bath level control for refilling the mini wave soldering modules. The wire feeder feeds solder wire into the solder tank to automatically keep the solder level constant. The presence of the wire is checked by means of an integrated wire sensor.
