How does a galvo scanner work?
EUTECT uses galvo scanners for laser soldering and the Laser Knife for high-precision positioning of the laser beam and for cycle time-optimised soldering results.
What are the advantages of combining individual manufacturing processes in a production cell?
EUTECT supports you in the search for potential savings, efficiency increases and process optimization of your soldering processes.
Galvo scanner
for laser soldering

The galvo scanner enables extremely fast and precise laser beam guidance. This means that even complex soldering geometries can be processed efficiently - with minimal heat input and maximum repeat accuracy.

Workpiece carrier and mask technology

Due to increased cycle time requirements, technical workpiece carrier solutions are needed that enable assemblies to be handled quickly and reliably. At the same time, the strong miniaturisation of assemblies combined with high packing density means that individual masks are required within the soldering process.
Heating / cooling

Heating and cooling modules that act directly on the assembly can be integrated into the EUTECT system solutions for a component-friendly and cycle time-optimised soldering process.
Fluxing

Almost all selective joining processes require selective application of the flux.
Nozzle geometries

Individual, product-specific solder nozzles are a key component of the EUTECT mini-waves and guarantee reliable and cycle time-optimised solder wetting of the components and substrates to be soldered.
Laser Knife

The EUTECT Laser Knife is one of the most resource-efficient soldering processes and offers high quality results with the fastest process times and reproducibility when soldering pins, strands, switching lugs and other components.
Sensitive Wire Feeder (SWF)

The Sensitive Wire Feeder (SWF) patented by EUTECT, the world's only force- and displacement-controlled wire feeder, can recognise wire that has been fed out of the way or incorrectly by means of force detection and measurement.
