Flexible Z-X-Y-D lifting table for selective soldering

Complex assemblies and demanding solder joints require a high degree of flexibility, which is made possible by the Z-X-Y-D lifting table.

Benefit

The X-Y-Z-D lifting table enables flexible movement of a soldering module when an assembly, e.g. in a rotary indexing table, is indexed to the soldering module.

Performance

In addition to the travel range in X, Y and Z, a module that is permanently mounted on the lift table, such as a mini wave soldering module, can rotate on the lift table. This means that different positions within the process cell can be approached. Although the angle of rotation is not completely 180° due to the connections of the soldering module, the rotation options offer greater flexibility. For example, several rotary indexing tables can be approached with one soldering module.
