How can EUTECT support product development and reduce time to market?

When it comes to selective soldering, there is no other company in Germany with so much experience. No matter which soldering task or which soldering process was required, we have realised almost everything once. This has enabled us to gather a great deal of experience and gain important insights that are now available to our customers.

Often there is still potential for adjustment to the PCB design and the solder joints on it to make the soldering process more efficient. We can then point out specific potential layout adjustments that need to be made to ensure that the soldering process functions optimally and economically. In Evaluations we can then check this adjustment.

Or we are approached by companies to assist them with the most important questions in product development: Which soldering process is best suited? It doesn't matter to us whether a selective or convection soldering process is used in the end. We look at the assembly without biased process glasses and work with our customers to develop a solution that focuses on an economical, cycle time-optimised, reproducible and technically flawless soldering process. This also includes any adjustments to the layout and structure of the assembly and the environment around the solder joints. Here too, we can verify the result of our joint work with an evaluation in our technical centre.
