As an expert in assembly and connection technology with clever, modular soldering automation, EUTECT also stands for the transformation in the e-mobility sector. The company presented its solutions to a large specialist audience at Coiltech in March 2023. Around 3,000 international visitors were welcomed to the trade fair, which took place at the Augsburg Exhibition Centre.
The Coiltech trade fair is a meeting place for the industry, which includes machines, materials, technologies and test equipment for the manufacture of electric motors, generators, transformers and e-mobility solutions with various degrees of specialisation.

Die Lötprozesse von EUTECT werden von Unternehmen weltweit in einer Vielzahl von Fertigungsprozessen eingesetzt, sei es in der modernen Batteriefertigung für e-Mobility-Anwendungen oder bei der Herstellung von Key less-Go-, Park-Distance- oder Smart light-Produkten in Fahrzeugen.
The selective solder wave presented at Coiltech guarantees a soldering process free of oxides and residues thanks to the inert gas atmosphere. The solder wave, which is continuously pumped by an induction pump, transfers the heat transfer from the molten solder homogeneously and circumferentially to the solder joint geometry. The flowing solder wave cleans the solder joint of excess flux residue, oxides and dirt.
