EUTECT offers innovative software solutions for optimising soldering processes

EUTECT offers a state-of-the-art software solution called EMI (EUTECT Machine Interface), which was developed for movement in the soldering system. This user-friendly software allows for easy product management and the editing of soldering jobs in the soldering system. EMI features an intuitive user interface that enables users to quickly adjust soldering parameters.

One of the tools in EMI is the JobCreator, which can be used to edit jobs graphically. This means that the product to be soldered is displayed in the JobCreator via photo and the creation and editing of soldering points is done directly on the photo via finger touch (Touch & Move). Points or lines can be edited or added. In addition, settings for various parameters such as X, Y and Z positions, rotation (D) and feed axis (E), entry and exit speed, processing speed, dwell time (process time or process parameters), index (sequence) and multiple use, where a job can be repeatedly moved in X, Y and Z, can be made. The teach mode allows the approach of selected coordinates (X, Y, Z, D, E) in order to correct and adopt current axis positions or to add new elements to the job from the current position.

The DAT editor is the product management system that allows you to create, edit, copy and delete jobs that are to be soldered in the system. It is also possible to assign products to workpiece carrier codes. Manual jobs can be created by hand in the DAT editor. All jobs can be managed in EMI. In addition, the sequence programme (DAT, RC & NC) can be displayed.

Overall, EUTECT's EMI software solution makes a significant contribution to increasing efficiency and ensuring quality. Thanks to the software, companies are able to optimise, control and manage soldering processes.
