EMI teach-in mode for simple robot soldering

The EMI teach-in mode of EUTECT enables intuitive collaborative robot soldering without programming. Quick teach-in, flexible production, reliable process reproduction.

EUTECT's EMI teach-in mode makes robot soldering particularly simple, fast and efficient. New soldering processes are no longer programmed in the traditional way, but are taught directly on the real component: the user guides the cobot or robot manually to the desired positions on the PCB, defines movements and process points intuitively and transfers these directly to the EMI software. In this way, a complete, reproducible soldering job is created step by step, without in-depth robotics or programming knowledge.

This significantly reduces commissioning and set-up times, lowers training and engineering costs and enables much greater flexibility in electronics production. Product changes, new assemblies or variants can be implemented quickly, which makes the EMI teach-in mode particularly attractive for high-mix/low-volume production, prototype production and frequently changing requirements. This results in extremely simple teach-in and programming of new soldering processes. This can also be implemented in conjunction with many different cobot and robot solutions.

Thanks to the centralised control via EMI, all movement sequences, soldering parameters and jobs are clearly managed and reliably reproduced. This ensures precise, stable and reliable soldering processes with a high level of user-friendliness. The EMI teach-in mode thus combines intuitive handling with industrial quality and makes collaborative robot soldering economical, scalable and future-proof.
