- Interest in our unique EUTECT soldering process technologies and our international clients
- Completed education as an industrial clerk or comparable qualification
- Good organisational skills, initiative and communication skills
- English language skills
Your responsibilities in our company:
- Commercial processing of spare parts management
- Preparation of quotations for spare parts enquiries and spare parts packages
- Organisation of service and maintenance assignments
- Tracking of offers, customer communication, dispatch processing and delivery date tracking incl. customs clearance
- Purchasing of spare parts including supplier management, price negotiations and requirements planning
- General administrative activities such as answering the telephone and mail, organising customer service
- Collaboration in the CIP process to optimise our workflows and processes
