Product of the month: Pyrometer calibrator
When using laser soldering and induction soldering modules, pyrometers can be installed that measure the temperature at the process point 10,000 times per second.
This very high measuring rate enables the laser power to be controlled almost in real time. This ensures that a high-quality and reproducible soldering result is always achieved. Furthermore, the pyrometer camera looks directly through the laser at the process point during the measuring process, which achieves a high accuracy of the measurement.
A pyrometer should be calibrated at least once a year in order to achieve constant high-quality measurement results. This calibration can be carried out by the customer himself using the pyrometer calibrator and the user documentation provided by EUTECT. Of course, calibration can also be carried out by trained EUTECT personnel, e.g. as part of general maintenance of the soldering system.
