Product of the month april: High Temperature Soldering
EUTECT has selective high-temperature soldering processes that are able to thermally strip coated enamelled copper wires in one process without additional removal of the insulation. The flowing solder melt as well as an exact temperature time curve define the process-protecting and product-specific stripping. For this purpose, EUTECT has developed high-temperature soldering systems that can be used very reliably at temperatures of up to 475°C. All process parameters of lead-free processing with regard to the specific solder alloy, the flux, the temperature time curve with flowing solder melt are taken into account for target-oriented process processing in order to achieve maximum solder quality and minimum wire alloying. Doped solders can also be used in parallel. These reduce wire deposition, solder oxide formation and solder contamination and protect the soldering system.
